As an Alchemical Hypnotherapist, CCHT, Reiki Master, Coach, and International Teacher and Speaker, with decades of metaphysical mentoring and certification in Energy Psychology methodologies, I am well-versed in Emotional Clearing and redirecting persistent patterns of behavior.

I’ve enjoyed the ability to uniquely and easily connect with people from all aspects of life. Yet, there was a time when I would risk disappointing myself in order to not disappoint others, which stifled my own expression.

In one way, that behavior protected me. In another way, it blocked me off from my intuitive gifts. I spent a lot of energy in hyper-vigilance so I could learn to navigate a world that didn’t quite fit me. That left little energy to embody my power or even know my desires. When you keep showing up as something other than you are, you start to lose yourself.

It took years of my own inner alchemy to recover my curiosity, discover my voice and accept my authentic self. I learned to peel off the layers and to allow myself to value and express my gifts. After twenty-plus years of research and experimentation, I have found tools that make life as an empath manageable and joyful.

I educate and support my clients to find comfort and confidence in their authentic voice, empowering them to live better, healthier lives and realize their positive potential. My goal is for people like us to have the resources to experience ease and joy in all areas of our lives.
